Brighton & Hove Albion have reportedly reached an agreement to sign highly-rated defender Luka De Winterman from Belgian Pro League side Royal Antwerp in a deal that has surprised many across Europe.

The 22-year-old centre-back, who is considered one of Belgium’s rising defensive talents, is set to become the latest young player to join Fabian Hürzeler’s exciting project at the Amex Stadium.
